June the 12th is Rob’s 43rd b-day and it was the same as the last 26 before that!!! Notice did ya’~~yeah I am sure you picked up on that!!! I have only known Rob since his 17th b-day so I can’t say for sure what the other 16 or so were but the man I married likes the same things over and over. Change is a 4 letter word to him~~he hates it and looks for ways to put things in order and patterns and a time frame and list and calendar and well…you will remember he is a type A~~you know the carrot planting and all!!! Ok—I knew that would jog your memory. Soooo----it goes a little like this….he wakes up and has the same ol’ day as before except that we have dinner in his name and then we look around and he has disappeared. I will text him and he will be at the barn tinkering with his wood and tools and all that jazz. So—besides the “HAPPY BIRTHDAY” wishes coming his way you wouldn’t think it was any different than our normal family dinner. That’s how he likes things~~NO fuss…NO muss!!!!!! I was able to fix him a meal complete with his favorite coconut-pineapple pie!! Don’t really even know the name of the pie. It is just a simple pie—just like the person it is honoring so I usually call it the “ROB PIE” because to me it is the “ROB PIE” and folks ‘round here know it by no other name!!!! 
Having fun with his son—chilling on the Mother’s Day hammock~~ some of you may remember this hammock from a previous blog entry. I am sure that 1 of the 2 readers will remember it…yeah…you know who you are. Take a mental note—this is outside away from everyone. Not anything like me or our son—but Rob indeed!!!
Oh—there we go…a smile from the b-day boy himself~~~food has a way of doing that to the d-day boy!!!
He is also a man of few pics~~so this is all I got!!! To get these I had to promise things I am not comfortable discussing with ya’ in writing here on the family blog…children may start reading this blog!!! Well…you never know!!!
